Advancing Quality Providing appropriate, rational and low-cost health care services delivered with Mobile OPD service units, supplementing the activities of the Government/Other health functionaries and infrastructure
Define performance parameters Sharing our research findings, including appropriate solutions to common health problems.
Providing Efficient Training to underprivileged section of the Society on health related vocations in the area of operations, to enhance jobs opportunities.
Identifying desired Outcomes Through partnership with the user/health functionaries and government.
Reassess Performance As a routine management tool through performance reports.
